Three years ago, I launched my first company, The XMakers, specialising in Experiences & Creative solutions. I had the luxury of growing our company culture from scratch, so built it around a group of highly likeable and highly talented people from different countries and backgrounds. And having spent years in creative agencies, emerging technology, and consulting myself, I had picked up an unorthodox mix of skills and processes that help us create well-connected, unique solutions for our clients and their customers.

Before The XMakers, I was the Experience Centre Leader and Managing Director for PwC Consulting, Chief Creative Officer of Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore, Leo Burnett, and Lowe Worldwide, in-house Creative at Disney Paris, Global Chief Creative Officer on Acer and Unilever, and Regional ECD of agencies across APAC and The Middle East.

In the early days of Covid-19, my Chief Technologist and I invented one of the world’s first contact tracing solutions that actually worked. It was used in seven countries.

My highest career achievement to date was to lead a four year project to create a country’s democratic election system and citizen experience through mass communication campaigns and creating their new national anthem.
